Munich's police chief says the gunman who opened fire at a McDonald's restaurant and a shopping mall Friday is an 18-year-old with dual German and Iranian citizenship. He also said the shooter had been living in Munich for at least two years and was not previously known to law enforcement. At least 9 people were killed and 21 were injured in Friday's shooting.
