BREAKING NEWS: U.S. Manufacturing Slowed in July

The Institute for Supply Management's gauge of factory activity fell to 52.6 in July from 53.2 in June. Economists expected a slight decline to 53.0 for the month. Readings above 50 point to expansion, while those below indicate contraction.
