BREAKING NEWS: US swimmer Jimmy Feigen to pay more than $10G to leave Rio after robbery scandal, lawyer says

US swimmer Jimmy Feigen will pay $10,800 to leave Rio after a robbery scandal involving three of his teammates. Feigen's attorney says the money will be donated to an "institution." The lawyer says under Brazilian law, a donation can be made to avoid criminal prosecution for minor charges.
