BREAKING NEWS: Charlotte officials say person shot at protest on life support, not dead

The city of Charlotte tweets that the person who was shot during protests Wednesday night is on life support in critical condition. City officials and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Chief Kerr Putney initially stated that the person had died.
