BREAKING NEWS: Mid-Atlantic Manufacturing Activity Jumps in September

The Philadelphia Federal Reserve's gauge of manufacturing activity in the Mid-Atlantic region rose to a 12.8 in September from a 2.0 the month prior. The Wall St expectation was for a reading of 1.0. A reading above zero indicates expansion
