BREAKING NEWS: At least 25 injured in New York City explosion

The Fire Department of New York says at least 25 people have suffered injuries after an explosion in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood. Officials say none of the injuries appear to be life-threatening. The cause of the explosion was not immediately clear.
