BREAKING NEWS: New York City mayor says Manhattan explosion believed to be ‘intentional’

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio says investigators believe an explosion in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood Saturday evening that injured 29 people was "an intentional act". De Blasio added that there was "no evidence of a terror connection" to the explosion and there was "no specific, credible threat" to the city.
