BREAKING NEWS: Second device found in Manhattan is a pressure cooker, sources tell Fox News

Sources tell Fox News' Peter Doocy that a pressure cooker has been found four blocks from the site of an explosion that injured 29 people in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood Saturday evening. Police are currently investigating the area.
